Q: How do I find out about the next product launch or restock? 
We announce all our launches in the newsletter and on social media, so please subscribe and follow us @carlabeautycosmetics on Instagram & Facebook to find out first.
Q: Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No, once you place an order it is final.
Q: Will you ship to a PO Box?
At this time, our courier is unable to shop to PO boxes.
Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S.A. orders over $50.
Q: What method is used for shipping?
All domestic packages are shipped via USPS. 
Q: Do you offer returns?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunde. However, in the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue.
Q: Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking info.

Q: I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
We aim to respond to all E-mails within 72 Hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.
Q: I have not received my order confirmaron, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at info@carlabeautycosmetics.com with your inquiry.
Q: I am an International customer (outside U.S.A.). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
All International packages are shipped via DHL. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by CarlaBeauty Cosmetics. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Q: What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.
Q: How do I use Afterpay?
At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $35 and $1000.
Q: Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?
Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.
